The Options page lets you configure your personal options in FogBugz. Anyone who is logged on as an administrator can change the options for any user; everyone else can only change their own options.
You can configure:
- Your full name as it appears in FogBugz.
- Your password.
- Your email address. If you wish to receive multiple copies of each notification email at different addresses, separate the addresses by commas.
- Your preferred language for FogBugz to use.
- Your preferred date, time, and number format for FogBugz to use.
- Your phone number.
- Whether you will receive automatic email notifications.
- Whether you are subscribed to a morning escalation report listing all cases which are past due or due that day.
- The keyboard shortcut used for snippets. By default this is set to `, but if you are using a non-US keyboard there may be other keys which are easier to type.
If you are an administrator, you can also use the Options page to configure the following user options:
- Whether the user is an administrator or not.
- Whether the user account is active or not. An inactive account can't be logged into and won't count against the total number of licenses you have purchased for FogBugz. For example, if an employee leaves the company, you can deactivate their FogBugz account and free up that license for another person.
