Determines what language to use. Users may override this setting for themselves at any time. This is the language used if the user has not selected a language or their browser language is not available.
Update categories and statuses
When you change the site language, you may wish to update categories (Bug, Feature, Inquiry) and statuses (Active, Resolved etc.) to the default language. You can do this by checking the "Update categories and statuses" box.
